Work With Us
We’re working towards a world where purpose sparks connection, connection fuels hope, and people come together to accelerate change. Want to help us create a better world, and a better kind of agency?
Everyone on our team plays a role in shaping and defining McPherson Strategies culture. We are fully remote, striving for a flexible work environment built on trust. We’re also highly collaborative — always gut-checking ideas on Slack, sharing weekend plans, co-writing our company newsletter, lip synching on Zoom, weekly team brainstorms, or gathering in-person at our annual retreat.
Our Values
Our team is brimming with smart, strategic and creative people who share a commitment to our values and a passion for making the world a better place.
Connection
Any problem can be solved by people connecting with each other.
Action
Real change takes time, and there’s no time to waste.
Optimism
A more just, equitable and sustainable future is possible — and worth fighting for.
Curiosity
Great ideas can come from anywhere and anyone.
Let’s work together.
