Isabelle is a purpose-driven marketing and communications leader with nearly two decades of experience developing strategic solutions that add value and garner visibility for her clients. As Vice President, Growth and Operations, she provides strategic oversight for McPherson Strategies’ new business and client relations, and has led engagements for a variety of issues-focused McPherson clients, including Nike, the Tiffany & Co. Foundation, Bloomberg Green, Participant Media, NARAL Pro-Choice America and Leadership Now Project.
Previously, Isabelle served as Associate Director of Marketing with PENCIL, a NYC-based education nonprofit focused on helping students through career readiness programs, and held roles at experiential marketing agencies Mirrorball Group and LeadDog Marketing Group, where she produced large-scale activations for clients, including O, The Oprah Magazine, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Stolichnaya, NASCAR, and Stonyfield Farm. She began her career at Canada’s National Arts Centre, helping bring to life several national and international initiatives, including the multi-disciplinary “Scene” festival series and the National Arts Centre Orchestra tour of the United States and Mexico.
Isabelle completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Music at the University of Ottawa, and in her spare time she continues to sing and collaborate with fellow singers and musicians. She also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and in 2024 she welcomed the opportunity to participate in former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project Leadership Corps Training.
