Jasper Conacher

Job Title / Role
Account Executive

What gives you hope that a better world is possible?

Transformative justice practices. The belief that humans have the capacity to change and reconciliation is possible.

Jasper is an emerging changemaker with experience in strategic community building and advocacy. As an Account Executive at McPherson Strategies, Jasper works with corporate and nonprofit clients to develop programs and partnerships, foster collaboration, and measure impact. Jasper’s work with the Feminist Majority Foundation, where she was the Opening General Assembly Speaker at the 2019 National Young Feminist Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., and The Last Mile, where she received the NYU Changemaker Fellowship, solidified her desire to work professionally in the social impact sector.

Jasper’s dedication to human rights and justice began at the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she wrote her Senior Thesis exploring the intersection of plantation and carceral geographies and earned her bachelor’s degree, The History and Geopolitics of Human Rights, with honors. The Gallatin dean and faculty honored Jasper with the Special Service Award for the Class of 2023 for her commitment to community engagement demonstrated through her various leadership roles, including the Director of Student Life and the Director of Programming on the Gallatin Student Council.

Beyond her passion for feminism and criminal justice, Jasper is an avid literary fiction reader, musical theater nerd, and lover of the color pink.
